MotoCrane RADICAL Error 081: Swing Encoder Data Suspect
The swing encoder is giving inconsistent position readings. Limits are blocked while this is active, and it can get worse into an error.

What to do
- Power cycle the system.
First, always: check every cable and the COM and Power LEDs on each module. Axis: swing. Applies to MotoCrane RADICAL.
