MotoCrane ULTRA Error 109: Lift Encoder Heartbeat Timeout
The system cannot detect the lift encoder electronics. Common triggers: the Turret is not connected, or the cable feeding it has failed. The COM LEDs can help narrow it down.
Error: red icon, repeated beeps until acknowledged. Fix before you continue.
What to do
- Power cycle the system.
- Check every cable connection. Try a known good cable.
If it keeps coming back: If a new cable does not fix it, the Turret electronics may be damaged and need service.
First, always: check every cable and the COM and Power LEDs on each module. Axis: lift. Applies to MotoCrane ULTRA.
